The technologist will work in close collaboration with investigators from over 60 research groups, support diverse studies in neuroscience, cardiology, musculoskeletal imaging, pulmonology, abdominal MRI, spectroscopy, and clinical trials. The technologist will assist with protocol implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting, and will play an integral role in ensuring safe high-quality, reproducible data collection for research studies. The Cage Wash - Animal Care Technician 1 (ACT1) provides cage wash support in one of 3 facilities as instructed by area Operations Manager or designee. Will operate cage wash machinery to include tunnel washers, rack washers, bedding vacuum systems, waste disposal systems, soiled bedding dump stations, water bottle filling stations, bedding dispensers, steam autoclaves, dry heat sterilizers and other related equipment.
