Quantitative Pathology is responsible for implementation and testing of cancer specimens using quantitative image analysis of Immunohistochemical (IHC) stained slides and In-situ Hybridization (ISH/FISH). The Cytogenetics lab prepares fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) testing, collects data, and documents results from these efforts via the use of high-quality oil immersion fluorescent microscopes and scanning instruments.
