Candidates should possess strong demonstrated expertise in general surgical pathology and cytopathology, intraoperative consultations, and the ability to lead the laboratory as medical director. Strong communication and relationship building skills are required. Two to five years' experience signing cases independently is highly desirable. This position is part of a small and growing practice that covers all anatomic and clinical pathology services for the UF Health Central Florida system laboratories, seeing approximately 2 million lab tests annually.
