Master’s degree in education, student affairs, higher education, social work, counseling, or related field
Knowledge
• Understanding of university, state, and federal regulations
• Knowledge of theoretical foundation in the principles and practices of first-generation
student experience before, during, and after college is preferred skills.
• Demonstrated implementation of strategy and long-term planning.
• Demonstrated proactive, collaborative, timely, effective, and compassionate work style.
