About this role:

Strategic Project and Operations: This role is unique serving a partnership with the soon to be launching graduate program. The Project Manager will help lead and manage the growth of the UF Medicine AIBHS program and AI Passport in collaboration with senior leadership. They will develop and implement recruitment and program strategies while utilizing advanced technical tools such as data analysis software to streamline workflows. Engaging with students, faculty, industry experts, and stakeholders to align program goals is a crucial part of this role.

Project Administration & Business Operations: The Project Manager will define, document, and consolidate project requirements, delivering high-quality work products such as workflow diagrams, policies, and project timelines. They will provide project management support, including meeting coordination, agenda development, and follow-ups. The role also involves assessing, planning, and implementing complex reports while identifying potential barriers and strategies. Additionally, the Project Manager will coordinate budget development, provide routine expense reports, and track and manage project timelines and budgets. This role requires communicating project results through written and oral presentations. The Project Manager will provide regular project status updates, recommendations, and final impact assessments. They will develop presentation materials tailored to different audiences, including UF Health and College of Medicine leadership.

Expected Salary:

$90,000 - $95,000; commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects in dynamic environments. They should have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel functions, and a strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python is desirable. The role requires excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to present to key stakeholders and leadership.
