| Job Description: |
This position collaborates across the enterprise and with peer institutions to help identify budgeting and planning needs to meet business requirements in keeping with industry best practices. Develops a strong understanding of the wide variety of activities and needs, identifies commonalities and exceptions, and implements solutions that address the comprehensive needs of the enterprise.
Performs needs assessment, gap analysis, and documents business requirements, in support of continued optimization of budgeting and planning for the institution. Documents on current and future state maps, reporting requirements, system configurations, and other relevant information. Translates functional business requirements into actionable plans and decisions.
Participates in end-user and other stakeholder engagement and coordinates user acceptance testing. Develops training materials and conducts training of end users and fellow administrative users as needed. Supports end users immediately after the system goes live.

$120,000-140,000

| Preferred: |
- This position must be proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with a large-scale ERP implementation (e.g., Workday) is strongly preferred.
- Experience using planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning) is strongly preferred/
- Demonstrated understanding of budgetary processes in a public entity.
- Familiarity with general system functionalities of a planning tool and how it integrates with a large scale ERP tool.
- Strong data literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including training facilitation experience
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines
- Acts as a change agent to identify and champion process improvement
