· Provide instruction to students on registering new or existing organizations, permitting, and tabling
· Answer questions via phone, email or in person
· Provide access to organizations’ office spaces, storage, and mailboxes.
· Check banners and hang flyers
· Make photocopies and file forms
· Update and provide access to organization database
· Distribute mail for the department
· Organize and perform light cleaning of workspace, Student Engagement portal, and collaboration rooms
· Make appointments for students to meet with professional staff
· Perform special projects for staff members
· Create Event Liability Waivers
· Provide accurate information to customers of Student Engagement
· Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate departments & professional staff members
· Attend regularly scheduled training and scheduling meetings
· Other tasks as assigned
