• Currently enrolled as a UF student (undergraduate or graduate).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

Project Documentation & Records Management

Maintain project files, databases, and electronic records; assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence using prescribed software and systems.

Design & Planning Support

Assist with reviewing architectural and interior design documents, space planning, furniture layouts, and design standards. Support landscape architecture and sustainability initiatives including LEED documentation and green building research.

Construction Management Support

Participate in construction site visits, assist with tracking project schedules, and help monitor workflow processes. Support communication between project managers, contractors, and consultants.

Administrative Support

Provide general office support including scheduling, calendar management, data entry, and supply inventory. Assist with website updates and internal communications.

Stakeholder Engagement & Special Projects

Assist in meetings with campus stakeholders, contribute to presentations, and participate in departmental initiatives or committee work as assigned.

 

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, flexible hours up to 20 hours/week during academic terms.

 

Expected Salary:

$15.00 Hourly

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a UF student (undergraduate or graduate).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Coursework or experience in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, sustainability, or construction management.

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

• Interest in sustainable design, universal accessibility, and campus planning.
