| Job Description: |
The UF Quest office is accepting applications for a FWS Student Assistant in a part-time student administrative position. This position will be responsible for providing needed assistance with office tasks and curriculum processes, including, but not limited to:
- Monitoring Quest email box.
- Provides logistical coordination and clerical work for UF Quest including working with Quest clientele via phone, email, and in person.
- Monitors supplies needed for UF Quest functions and maintains spreadsheet of inventory.
- Assists with preparation of UF Quest Leadership meetings.
- Assists with keeping the Quest website up to date for each semester.
- Assists with UF Quest Social Media accounts, including monitoring posts and posting updates to various social media sites.
- Supports UF Quest at tabling functions around campus.
- Supports Administrative Staff, Director and Quest Faculty Leaders as needed.
- Additional duties as needed.

$16 per hour

| Special Instructions to Applicants: |
20 hours/week; Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. These hours would be worked on-campus at the Quest office at least three days a week.
