| Job Description: |
Join the Office of the Associate Provost for Teaching & Technology as a data analyst, where you’ll transform and analyze existing and derived data sets to uncover insights that support impactful teaching and technology initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics Services under the Office of the Associate Provost, Teaching & Technology, the incumbent will assist in data analysis and reporting for scheduled and ad-hoc data requests for all supported business units for the Office of the Associate Provost, Teaching & Technology, primarily focused on collecting, preparing, and analyzing data to support operations of the University’s TREEO Center to include continuing education credentialing data and prospective student marketing data.
Data Evaluation, Modeling and Editing Collects, summarizes, and analyzes TREEO continuing education student data for official state reporting. Prepares detailed reports in support of the Office of Professional and Workforce Development operations. Utilizes specified software, e.g. Snowflake, SQL Server, Salesforce to analyze and interpret data ensuring data integrity and reliability
Collaboratively works with management to prioritize projects, develop timelines, and track progress to ensure the scope of work is attained. Works with department heads to determine technical requirements for research, analysis, and reporting.
Data Analysis and Reporting Using system and procedural best practices, utilizes techniques and tools for performing statistical analysis to provide insight to supported TNT business units. Utilizes reporting platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce) to build reports for supported TNT business units.
