| Job Description: |
Smathers libraries are looking for a highly motivated graduate student passionate about working with real world datasets and delivering impactful data visualization projects with Python. The graduate student will be responsible for creating both static and interactive resources for learning data visualization with Python. The student will oversee effectively communicating the trends and patterns in the data through data storytelling to a wider audience. The graduate student will also support teaching and learning by augmenting the resources through the use of predictive analytics.

- Interest in working with both qualitative and quantitative datasets
- Working with data warehousing and cloud computing
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised AI algorithms important for data visualization
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and data streamlining strategies.
