Job Description:

Professor Lynn LoPucki in the College of Law is seeking a student research assistant to work full-time during the coming summer on these projects: (1) editing and publishing of the Business Associations 2026 Statutory Supplement, (2) using AI to compile a list of business associations professors by law school (3) a law review article identifying a new type of agency (“stressed”), (4) the GHG Shopper (a phone app that enables grocery shoppers to take greenhouse gas emissions into account) and a law review article about it, (5) a law review article on engagement in law review debate (Belk bankruptcy example), (6) collection of data on big chapter 11 cases and (7) revision of a portion of his Business Associations casebook.

Expected Salary:

$18/hour
