Student Assistant - Clerical & Administration

Applicants must be a University of Florida admitted, degree-seeking student with a minimum 2.0 GPA and registered at least half-time. Current Federal Work-Study award is required.

The Multi-disciplinary Diagnostic and Training Program (MDTP) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Federal Work Study student to support daily operations.

• Scan and file client records accurately and securely
• Support program faculty and staff with tasks aligned to MDTP grant deliverables
• Perform other duties as assigned

$15 per hour

Applicants must be a University of Florida admitted, degree-seeking student with a minimum 2.0 GPA and registered at least half-time. Current Federal Work-Study award is required.

• Availability to work 10-15 hours per week
• Commitment to remain in the role for at least one year, including Summer months
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Previous administrative experience
• Experience with Adobe and Microsoft preferred
