This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive pediatric radiology services within a high-volume academic and tertiary care environment. UF Health Shands features nationally ranked subspecialty programs, a comprehensive children’s hospital, and a Level I Trauma Center. UF Health is also recognized as a premier National Medical Center for Team USA and is home to the only NCI-designated cancer center at a public university in Florida.
The role provides an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered radiology in a collaborative academic setting, with flexible scheduling and strong institutional support for teaching, research, and professional development. Faculty work closely with a robust residency program and benefit from an outstanding referral base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpretation of outpatient, inpatient, and emergency imaging studies
- Teaching and supervision of residents and fellows
- Participation in weekend and after-hours coverage
- Engagement in scholarly and academic activities
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams across UF Health
