STAS - Part-Time

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing courteous assistance and directing students, staff, and visitors to appropriate areas.
• Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Greet and acknowledge all students, staff, faculty, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain and update departmental directories and contact lists as necessary.
• Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives throughout the center.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

 $15.00/hour

Currently enrolled as a University of Florida student in good academic standing.
