Job Description:

This position will operate out of the University of Florida Jacksonville campus and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Master of Studies in Law (MSL) program. This role works closely with the Assistant Dean for Online and Graduate Programs and Students to support strategic enrollment growth, admissions, and student services. The Program Manager will also serve as a key liaison to local businesses and organizations to strengthen partnerships and enhance program visibility and recruitment efforts.

Essential Functions

  • Manage daily operations of the MSL program at the Jacksonville campus, ensuring a high-quality student experience. Provide student support services, including and not limited to on boarding students, advising and growing enrollment for the MSL program.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Dean to develop and implement strategies to grow enrollment and improved admissions processes and student services polices and coordinate and support program events which will include weekends and evenings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local business, professional organizations and community partners to support recruitment and program awareness representing the MSL program at recruitment end networking events, information sessions and outreach initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track prospective students, manage communications and support recruitment efforts while collecting data and managing reports.
  • Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to improve MSL program operations and student satisfaction.
  • Provide other programming support and duties as assigned. Support the goals and objectives of the University, College of Law and the MSL program it its entirety.

 

Note:

An agreed time to relocate (if needed) will be discussed to ensure a successful transfer.

An increase of $5,000 to base salary if the following targets are met:

  • January 30, 2027, increase in base salary by $2,500 if students in the MSL program enroll in 750 credit hours
  • September 15, 2027, increase in base salary by $2,500 if students in the MSL program enroll in 1150 credit hours.
Expected Salary:

$75,000-$85,000

Required Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and five years of appropriate experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a Driver's license

Preferred:

Master's degree in education or counseling with five plus years in higher education admissions and student services.
