Strong customer focus (ability to listen attentively to students and recruiters and to understand and respond positively to their requests is required
Master’s degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional experience (minimum) in any of the following functional areas of business such as marketing, management, finance, information technology, sales, retail, career and professional development, career counseling, corporate/campus recruiting, or human resources.
Experience working inclusively with diverse populations
Knowledge of industry relations, employment trends, student development, career services a plus.
Ability to work independently along with the ability to work collaboratively across the team.
An entrepreneurial orientation, proven track record of taking initiative and making things happen (i.e. self-starter)
Excellent resume, interviewing and job search skills
Highly proficient with web-based resources, spreadsheet and presentation software required (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
Ability to work under pressure, with the flexibility to respond to changing priorities and fluctuating workloads
Strong organizational work skills, defining tasks, prioritizing assignments, and following through on all projects independently
