The University of Florida Department of Medicine is seeking applications for a full or part time Hematologic Malignancy, Transplant and Cellular Therapy Hospitalist for a clinician track position in the Division of Hematology & Oncology at the Assistant Professor rank or higher. This position is designed for a board certified or board eligible hematologist. Applicants must be eligible for a Florida medical license.

The successful candidate will provide inpatient hematology consultations, with a focus on the care of patients with hematologic malignancies and those undergoing transplant and cellular therapy. Responsibilities will include participation in the education of medical trainees, including medical students, residents, and Hematology & Oncology fellows, as well as engagement in quality and safety initiatives. The position can be individualized based on the candidate’s interests and career goals, with opportunities for leadership, education, quality improvement, and research.

The UF Division of Hematology & Oncology faculty are closely engaged with and partner with the University of Florida Health Cancer Institute (UFHCI), the only NCI Designated Cancer Center based at a public university in Florida. Salary is negotiable, commensurate with education and experience.
