Reporting to the Associate Director of the CVSC, the Program Coordinator coordinates outreach, engagement, education, student organization support, and day-to-day programs that help military-connected students navigate the University, build community, develop leadership, and connect their military and co-curricular experiences to academic and career goals. The coordinator serves as a point of contact for referrals, provides resource navigation coaching, builds relationships with campus and community partners, supports department and student-led initiatives, and uses student feedback and assessment to improve the reach and effectiveness of CVSC efforts. The role advances the Office of Community & Belonging pillars to build resilience, cultivate leaders, and connect the Gator Nation, while supporting the Division of Student Life priorities of community connection, career design, and lifelong wellbeing. |
